Lake Las Vegas is home to the most luxurious Henderson Real Estate.  This private master planned community is perched on the mountains to the east of Las Vegas, and offer a number of luxurious single-family homes and condominiums.

Prices are starting to come down for some condominiums around Lake Las Vegas.  15 Via Mantova is one development that offers a number of units that have recently been reduced in the area.  There are currently 8 condominiums for sale, with a number of different floor plans and pricing available.

The most affordable condominium on the market at 15 Via Mantova is a two-bedroom and two-bath unit that offers a total of 1,503 square feet of living space.  This condominium is priced at $365,000.  However, this unit doesn’t give you the biggest bang for your buck.

The most affordable purchase when looking at the price on a per-square-foot basis is a three-bedroom and two-bath unit that offers a total of 2,367 square feet of living space.  This unit is priced at $424,900, or just $179,51.  Another unit that is a great deal is a smaller three-bedroom condominium priced at $374,900, or $185 per square foot.
