Lake Las Vegas is one of the most luxurious developments on the Las Vegas Real Estate market.  This project has transformed a section of Henderson into a true oasis of water and lush green golf courses.

Buyers interested in finding a great deal on the luxury condominiums at Lake Las Vegas are now seeing prices come down in the neighborhood.  While prices are still much higher than in other developments around Las Vegas, there are some deals to be had in this luxury community.

There are several one and two-bedroom condominiums available at Lake Las Vegas.   While prices for most one-bedroom and one-bath condominiums range in the mid to high $400s, there is one unit that has been reduced to a price that hasn’t ever been seen in the neighborhood.

This one-bedroom and one-bath condominium offers a total of 1,004 square feet of living space, and is priced at just $299,900.  The other one-bedroom units listed on the market are listed from $460,000 to $499,900.

Several two and three-bedroom condominiums are also available.  The most affordable two-bedroom unit has 1,624 square feet of living space, and is priced at $729,000.  A three-bedroom condominium with 1,926 square feet of living space is priced at $995,000.
