The downturn in the real estate market in Las Vegas means new opportunities for buyers looking for great deals on condominiums around the city.

One development that offers a number of affordable condominiums is Buenos Aires, located at 7950 W Flamingo Road in West Las Vegas.  This community currently has a total of 19 units on the market.

The most affordable condominium on the market at Buenos Aires is a one-bedroom and two-bath unit that offers a total of 957 square feet of living space.  This condominium is priced at just $116,900, or just over $120 per square foot.  In the same price range buyers can find a two-bedroom and two-bath condominium.  This 1,023 square foot unit is priced at just $118,900, or $116 per square foot.

Several other two-bedroom condominiums are available in Buenos Aires at prices that could only be dreamed of a few months ago.  Two-bedroom units range from $129,000 to as much as $200,000.

Buenos Aires is close to many of the most popular areas of Las Vegas, including the master planned community of Summerlin.  The Las Vegas Strip and downtown business district are just a short drive from home.  Check out the best new units in this and many other developments around the Las Vegas valley.  Las Vegas Real Estate has never been such a great buy.
