Buyers are starting to see a lot of great deals on luxury condominiums around the Henderson area.  The city has been hard hit by foreclosures and a decline in demand in recent months.

Avalon Condos is one development that is offering luxury units at an affordable price.  The development was built in 1999, and is located at 2900 Sunridge Heights Parkway.  Buyers can choose from a number of one and two-bedroom units currently on the market, with prices that haven’t been seen in years.

The most affordable condominium currently on the market is a one-bedroom and one-bath unit that offers a total of 704 square feet of living space.  This condominium is priced at $110,000.  A larger one-bedroom condo that offers 926 square feet of living space is priced at just $130,000.  Other one-bedroom units are priced as high as $179,900.

The most affordable two-bedroom unit available at Avalon is a two-bedroom and two-bath unit that offers a total of 1,060 square feet of living space.  This unit is priced at just $139,000, making it the best value property on the market here.  A slightly larger two-bedroom unit is available for $164,900.

These condominiums are an excellent choice for first time buyers looking to get in the Las Vegas Real Estate market.
