Prices for Las Vegas condominiums are falling.  Many luxury developments are seeing prices per square foot at less than $150, something that was next to impossible just a couple years ago.

Amber Ridge is one development that is offering a number of condominiums for sale at prices that have to be seen to be believed.  This development was completed just 5 years ago, and is located at 830 Cozette Court.

The most affordable condominium currently on the market at Amber Ridge is a two-bedroom and two-bath unit that offers a total of 1,236 square feet of living space.  This unit is priced at just $169,900 or $137 per square foot.  Another condominium with a similar floor plan is priced at $180,000.

A larger two-bedroom and three-bath condominium is also available at Amber Woods.  This unit offers a total of 1,671 square feet of living space, and is priced at $384,500.  However, the cost per square foot for this unit is $230, making it a much more expensive offering than the rest of the condominiums currently on the market here.
