Living In The Lap Of Las Vegas Luxury, Red Rock

The luxury market primarily includes two types of properties.

The first type is the luxury condominiums. We chatted about those yesterday. The luxury condo projects are designed to be a somewhat all inclusive lifestyle and living destination. In addition to upscale materials within the individual units, the projects include a host of lifestyle amenities such as casual and fine dining, evening entertainment venues, exercise and recreation facilities, laundry, dry cleaning and convenience services, attentive concierges, security and community activities.

With nearly all your comforts taken care of, it’s conceivable you would rarely have a need to leave the project. But since most of the projects are on or near the Strip they’re convenient to a wider offering of entertainment, dining and gaming nearby.

The second type of luxury property features large detached homes and estates within private master-planned golf communities.

Red Rock

Located in the NorthWest corner of the Valley, this 738-acre, 1,100 home development enjoys the dramatic, scenic backdrop of the Red Rock National Conservation Area. This community is enclosed by masonry walls with video-monitored entrances and 24-hour manned gatehouse.

There are two Arnold Palmer designed, world-class, championship golf courses. The Mountain Course is private and the Arroyo course is a daily fee public course. The courses are a poignant splash of rolling green, palm trees and cascading waterfalls contrasting the canyon walls. There’s a 10,000 square foot clubhouse with aquatic center and tennis complex and a 44,000 main clubhouse with fine dining and lounges.
