Sun City Anthem - For Active Adults
Sun City Anthem is an age-qualified community aimed at the above 55 crowd. The community is located in Henderson and has been developed by Del Webb a respected name in the field of senior living. They have several of senior communities being developed around the country. Del Webb is a divison of Pulte Homes.Sun City Anthem is aimed at active seniors and to meet the needs of this group of people three recreation centers are planned for the community. The Anthem, Independence and an yet to be named third center.
Anthem features billiards area, swimming pool, crafts and arts area, spa, walking track, hobby rooms and a computer lab. The Independence center has equally great features with exercise facilities, aerobics room, carpentry center, other hobby rooms and an auditorium with stage. The third planned center expected to be completed in 2007 will have more recreational facilities with tennis, bocce and racquet ball courts and barbecue and swimming pools.
