Vegas Grand - Begins Construction
A $650 million project, Vegas Grand will begin construction for stage I of Bella Venezia which will consist of 212 units. Bella Venezia I and II combined will have 425 luxury condos. The two four-story buildings will also have retail space and a parking garage. The first building is expected to be completed in early 2007 and the second will be completed later that year.Apart from the Bella Venezia other plans for Vegas Grand include the construction of Villa d'Este, Anacapri and Villaggio, a mix of 30 floor plans ranging from 650 square feet to 2,400 square feet.
The 10-acre parcel at Valley View Boulevard and Flamingo Road, next to the Palms is also owner by the developers of Vegas Grand. The company plans to build a high-rise condo called Vegas 888 at this location. Originally the project was named One Las Vegas but legal action by Amland Development who own a condo complex by the same name forced Del American to change the name to Vegas 888.
