St. Tropez is double story floor plan home that will measure 1,898 square feet, and contains three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a two-car garage, covered patio and balcony. St. Tropez homes will be priced from $469,990. Marseille homes measure 3,181 square feet and offers five bedrooms, three baths, patio, balcony, and a three-car garage. It is priced from $559,990.
Lennar offers the "Everything's Included" package - the price of the home includes granite counter tops, maple cabinetry, maple stair railings and spindles, patios and balconies, wiring for ceiling fans throughout the home, and gas fireplaces.
