Loft 5
The $75 million, Loft 5 construction began two months ago on Las Vegas Boulevard at Pebble Road near South Coast Casino project. The ten-acre site is a 272-unit mid-rise condominium project. The complex will have eight building with five-stories each. Each unit will be priced above $300,000. Three-fourths of the units are already sold out.Loft 5 is expected to be one of the real modern developments in Las Vegas. The units are of four different floor plans ranging from 1,248 square feet to 2,248 square feet. Each unit will have 20 foot ceiling with high-end brand appliances.
Apart from the living space each unit will also have private terrace or sky decks which allow residents to enjoy the sun in their own private space. Common amenities in the project include private theatre, business center, fitness center with steam and sauna rooms and two acres open courtyard. The first homeowners are expected to move into Loft 5 by spring 2006.
