Tuscan Village Sets Out To Inspire Residents:
Tuscany Residential Village is home to several Rhodes Homes communities. The Montebello, La Piazza and Avellino neighborhoods are three of seven village communities planned by the developer. The seven villages will be connected by road that loops through Tuscany.Several structures like an Obelisk are being constructed within the residential community seeking to inspire the residents. The Obelisk is a 30 feet tall structure and blends with the overall Italian Tuscan theme of the village.
Homes in the 3 neighborhoods will have several floor plans with single, double and three story plans with lofts and other amenities. A Community center with swimming pools, spas and other amenities are also planned for the villages. All the neighborhoods are situated around the golf course which forms the center piece of the golf course community.
