Mountains Edge - The 3000 Acre Community
Mountain's Edge encompasses much of the Las Vegas Valley's historical elements because of its proximity to the Old Spanish Trail. One of the area's main attractions will be an 80-acre, western-themed park, one of four that will honor the early residents and visitors in the surrounding area.Mountains Edge is a wonderful new neighborhood being developed on the Southwest side of the city. Focus Commercial Group is developing the 3000-acre community. Over 500 acres of open space will give residents a free and open environment to live in and enjoy nature. There will be about 12,500 residences from more than 20 builders.
The first model homes are expected to open early in 2005, and some builders have opened sales trailers. Amenities will include neighborhood parks, as well as a clubhouse with two swimming pools, a spa, kitchen, party room, basketball court, playground, workout areas and barbecue facilities.
