The Challenge of building in rural areas

As more and more people are moving away from Las Vegas to beat the increasing real estate prices. They are moving to the suburbs and the small towns like Pahrump and Mesquite.

But building in rural areas is not as easy as it sounds. The rural communities who want to preserve their way of life will not be willing to sell their land or actively oppose the development of these residential and commercial complexes for the city folks.

Residents of Logandale and other suburbs do not want to live in concrete jungles that they left behind in the first place to have more peaceful and relaxed lifestyle in natural surroundings. But they are opposed to the amenities of a big city. Hospitals, schools, shopping centers are always welcomed by the residents as long as these do not make a garish impact on their lives.

A more friendly way would be to take the community into confidence and build homes that blend with the rural lifestyle and build homes that conserve and preserve rather than destroy the rural landscape.
