Ryland Homes Master Plan For Mountain's Edge

Mountain's Edge, the Ryland Homes master planned community in the South Western part of Las Vegas Valley will soon be home to five neighborhoods - Cameron, Crestone, Belford, Ellingwood and Augusta. Located in a vast expanse of 3000 acres residents can have the pleasure of bicycle paths, walking trails and an amphitheatre.

Many parks will dot the community and the 300-acre regional facility with ball fields, picnic areas and playgrounds will allow residents to take their children on weekends. Four additional parks are planned to include tennis, basketball and volleyball courts; lawns; and baseball diamonds. Schools, retail centers, restaurants and offices are also planned for the community.

Cameron homes ranging in size from 1,354 to 2,030 square feet will be priced from the high $200,000s. Crestone's residences will measure from 1,153 to 2,197 square feet, and are priced from in the low $300,000s. All Belford homes will be two-story homes where prices start from the mid-$300,000s with the homes measuring from 1,593 to 2,224 square feet.
