Providence:
Providence Las Vegas, a master planned community will be located on 1200 acres in Northwest Las Vegas close to the the I215 beltway and Hualapai Road. A number of builders - who are big in the building industry like Pardee Homes, Toll Brothers, Astoria Homes, Pulte Homes, Beazer Homes will be offering a wide variety of floor plans and homes of different areas. A total of 17 home builders in all will participating in the Providence venture.According to the developers Providence will have 36 unique neighborhoods of new homes and condo units. Around 7500 homes will come up in the 1200 acre area. Tree lined boulevards with 10 miles of trails for walking and biking and over 33 acres for parks means residents can enjoy a quite walk or relax in the parks. Providence will have around 4,000 trees providing a green canopy and breathing spaces for residents.
Providence will open later this year in a grand gala function and number of model homes are being readied in time for the opening.
