Downtown Las Vegas will have a new development the Juhl Lofts consisting of 341 lofts anchored by a 15-story glass tower. The development will consists of five buildings of varying heights and facades.The Lofts are unique in many respects. The one and two story floor plans will have flats, mid-rise and high-rise lofts, townhouses and penthouses. The homes range in size from 600 to 2,500 square feet and priced at modest $200,000.
The homes offer a amenties like optional walls which allow home owners to customise their interiors, windows from floor to ceilings, exposed surfaces, energy-efficient heating and cooling options, Internet access and much more.
