Pulte Homes is offering two story residences in three choices of different sizes.Pulte Homes is a reputed in the housing industry. They have operations in 54 markets and 28 states. Under its Del Webb brand, Pulte Homes is the nation's biggest builder of age qualified communities for people who are 55 and older. Sun City Anthem in Henderson is one example of this.
The three floor plans available at Desert Crest include Plan 1480, Plan 1781 and Plan 2191. The Plan 1480 will have three bedrooms, or two bedrooms with an optional loft, and 2 1/2 baths. It is priced from $280,990. Plan 1781 will offer four bedrooms, or three bedrooms with an optional retreat/den or loft, and 2 1/2 baths. The price starts at $314,990.
The biggest home will be Plan 2191, with four bedrooms, or three bedrooms with an optional loft or retreat, and 2 1/2 baths. It starts at $353,990.
All homes will have standard two-car garages.
