Aliante - Master Planned Community

Aliante, a master-planned community is a production of North Valley Enterprises, which is an affiliate of American Nevada Co. and Del Webb. The other builders in the master-planned community include Astoria, Del Webb, D.R. Horton, KB Home, Lennar, Pardee, Pulte and US Homes.

Spread out over 1,900 acres, the community features two villages – One is an all-ages village and other an age-restricted village for residents who are 55 and older. When completed these two villages will have a total of 7500 homes. In addition Del Webb is building age-qualified Sun City Aliante neighborhood.

Over 430 acres of the Aliante community have been set aside for parks, golf course, trails and other recreational purposes. Plans are also underway to have two schools, library and a fire station. Over 100 acres have been allocated for commercial establishments like shops, restaurants, professional services etc.
