Aliante will see two neighborhoods Seville and Bel Etage. Seville is a presentation of Lennar Homes and US Homes is the developer of Bel Etage. The gated communities offer security and fast move-in of 30 days.The Lennar Homes at Seville will feature 5 floor plans of single and two story designs and ranging in area from 2,474 to 4,017 square feet with four or five bedrooms and 2 1/2 to four baths.
The standard features of the homes include granite counter tops and raised-panel maple cabinetry.
