Two New Projects From Juliet
Two projects coming up in South West Las Vegas are the Blue Diamond Crossing and the Blue Diamond Business Center. The developers of both projects are the Las Vegas based Juliet Cos.The Blue Diamond Business Center project has been proposed to be built in two phases. The first phase will have 30,000 square foot building for local corporate office of the Rent-a-Car Enterprises, and 68,750 square feet of office - warehouse building. The second phase will comprise of 287,500 square feet of distribution warehouse and 70,200 square foot building. This project is coming up near Interstate15 and Blue Diamond Road. Quick distribution of products to California and other west coast states is possible due to the location of the distribution center near I-15.
Blue Diamond Crossing is coming up on Blue Diamond Road between Valley View Boulevard and Arville Street. It is 650,000 square foot retail center. The retail center will be occupied by big names like Cost Plus World Market, Linens-n-Things, and Ross Dress For Less. Surrounding the retail center, there will be branches of the bank of America and Wells Fargo. The construction is expected to start in September 2005 and the retail center is expected to open in October 2006.
The retail center will be a blessing to people living in Southern Highlands and Mountain's Edge where there is a paucity of good retail center and other services for the rapidly growing communities.
