Queensbridge and Sand-hurst
Queensridge:Located at Rampart Boulevard and Alta Drive in the northwest of Las Vegas the 400-unit Queensridge project is high-rise luxury condo project is based on a European-theme. The Queensridge community will be built on a 20-acre development and the project will consist of three 18-story and one 14-story structure. Residents will have access to a wide range of amenities including a spa, fitness center, pools and a wine cellar.
Built in the Art Nouveau style of Paris, a theme carried throughout the buildings and grounds of Queensbridge. The wrought-iron gates, the metal-roofed gatehouse, cupolas every part of the development carries the same European theme.
Sand-hurst:
Sand-hurst located in downtown Las Vegas on Iron Horse Court at Grand Central Parkway will be a 35-story tower. The project will have a six-story base structure and a 29-story, 398-unit residential tower above the base. An attached parking structure configured around a circular entry plaza is also planned. Many facilities for residents are planned including a 10,000-square-foot restaurant on the fifth level with views of the Strip and mountains, and a multilevel health club/spa and outdoor pool and terrace
