Northwestern Las Vegas's newest neighborhood Arroyo Canyon, a US Homes offering has introduced five new floor plans for homebuyers to choose from, all are two-story designs, and range from 3,265 to 5,240 square feet with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths and three garages.Situated atop an elevated location the Arroyo Canyon comprises of 63 lots. The higher location offers excellent views of the entire valley right down to the Las Vegas strip. As the slope is gentle people generally do not realize that the community is located at a higher location than the rest of the valley. Only when they get off the vehicle that they get their first amazing view of the Las Vegas valley. It totally breathtaking.
Though the offices are open only for a limited time people can experience the new setting and get a sense of what is on offer at the community. All the roads, the exterior walls have been completed and the landscaping has been started.
