Las Vegas is considered one of the top-ranked areas in United States to retire. Multifaceted retirement communities have come up here owing to the warm and dry climate, and absence of state income tax.
Sun city’s Sum Merlin, Anthem, Siena, Macdonald ranch are few of the age-restricted communities coming up in Las Vegas. These community villages have luxury single story homes as well as villas, golf course, state –of-the- art health and fitness center, tennis court, community center. While in some age-restricted communities the golf course is owned by the owners, in others the owners have to pay less then the usual green fees.
