Trump International Hotel and Tower, Las Vegas has found potential buyers for all its 1,282 condos.
According to a senior executive of the Trump Organisation no other project in Las Vegas has generated as much as excitement as the new proposed Trump Tower.Every one wants to be own a piece of the Trump Tower, says Ford.
Potential buyers come from all walks of life, all age groups and many buyers from other parts of the world.But people who missed out don't yet lose hope because an identical project may also come up and potential buyers can sign up on an interest list.
A similar interest list is also available for the first project incase some units become available. Amenities on the project will include 24-hour concierge, security services, fitnesscenter, outdoor pool, sundeck with bar, conference facilities and center, restuarents, valet parking and many more features.Prices of units in the condo-hotel tower vary between $600,000 to $6 million.
