"Urban Village" to Rock the South Strip
A brand-new master-planned condominium community called "Urban Village" will be opening up in the South Strip. The development will include 2,400 condominium homes in a variety of shapes and sizes, such as brownstones, hi-rise, live-work concepts, flats, and both finished and unfinished lofts. Starting prices for the luxury homes are expected to range from the upper $100,000s to $1 million.The community will have a wealth of amenities, including a fitness center, pool, tennis courts and dog parks. Residents will also benefit from on site retail establishments and services such as a salon and dry cleaning.
Urban Village will be located in an attractive setting near the upcoming Stations Casino and the new South Coast Casino. Units go on sale starting in May.
